The Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our development squad, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining our MERN-based applications that are reshaping the financial technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on MERN stack
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
